+ TERMS OF SERVICES +
This agreement covers the creation of a Live2D model as described in the client’s submitted PSD and reference sheet. Any services beyond L2D rigging, such as new illustration, character design, or 3D tracking, are out of scope unless otherwise agreed. Last updated: 25 May 2025
1. GENERAL TERMS
We only accept commission via a periodically opened Google Form on Twitter or BlueSky. Projects will be curated, and a slot is reserved only after details are confirmed and a proper PSD is provided.
I have the right to refuse a commission application or request that I can't work on.
In most cases, we will not rig a previously rigged model. There are rare exceptions, and in those cases, we require permission from both the model artist and the original live2D rigger.
We will only accept commissions when we plan to re-opening it again. Any PSD examination outside the re-opening weeks will incur a fee.
Additional outfits and hairstyles will vary in price depending on their complexity.
For the highest efficiency, we ask for the pose of the alternate outfit to be the same as the original outfit.
In most cases, the provided art should be in a default position, looking straight ahead, with the facial features drawn symmetrically and the character's face perfectly centered on the canvas to ensure smooth progress.
I only accept models with unique positions if the neatness and simplicity of the model meet the requirements.
Please provide clear and detailed emote sheets or references to ensure the smooth progression of the project. We cannot proceed based on vague descriptions or assumptions.
We welcome references, but please allow room for creative freedom instead of expecting a precise copy
In some cases, I don't accept mid-progress revisions if a guide or notes aren't provided. Ensure that all reference materials are final and accurate before submitting so that progress goes smoothly.
In some cases, we cannot accept requests that are beyond our capabilities.
Add toggles as needed. If there are too many, I will determine whether the project can proceed or not. Excessive toggles and costumes impact performance and increase complexity exponentially, not linearly.
2. PAYMENT AND FEES
A 50% deposit is due before work begins; the remaining 50% is due on completion.
Prices might change depend on the details (hats, headphones, hoodies, armors, etc.).
Extra fees apply based on toggle/outfit complexity as difficulty increase exponentially. Consult before ordering.
I can only accept payment through Wise for international and Jago or BCA for domestic payment.
3. USAGE RIGHTS
The rights to the work are retained by Tea_con.
Live2D project files for the model will not be given to the client unless client pay additional +100% of total price.
There is a possibility that I will work on your request during a livestream. Please let me know if your model prefers to remain in private (a privacy fee may apply).
4. REVISIONS AND CHANGES
Any adjustment/revision requests will be scheduled accordingly, especially if they conflict with other project timelines. Your understanding is appreciated in managing overlapping schedules.
In some cases, any major changes the client requests after the work has been completed or while in progress may incur additional charges and extra time depends on the severity of the changes. These requests may also be refused to prevent scheduling conflicts.
In most cases, I don't do art and layering fixes. But, I'll recommend you to contact our PSD Prep member to get your PSD fixed if you didn't get chosen. There will be additional cost if the model isn't "Live2D ready" and decided to take on our PSD repair service.
Please note that most illustrators may not be familiar with Live2D technical requirements, so PSD standardization by our team is mandatory before rigging can begin.
If major corrections are needed and cannot be handled by our team, we will contact your artist.
5. DEADLINES AND TURNAROUND
We require mostly 3 - 5 weeks window for finishing the project. It starts when we begin the project. Complicated models require more times based on complexity, revisions, and ongoing workload.
We work based on schedule and don't accept any rush fee.
We don't accept rushed projects. Please understand that creating Live2D model takes time and careful attention.
In some cases, additional outfits, hairstyles, and toggles will have to be scheduled at a later time, apart from the original model's rigging.
If delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, any changes to the timeline will be communicated.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If we cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances and minimal work has been done, you will receive a full refund.
Please do note that we can't refunds the payment when model is halfway completed.
7. PORTFOLIO AND PUBLIC USE
I reserve the right to use the finished model, progress images, or related assets in my portfolio or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise prior to the project starting.
There's a possibility that we will use your model for testing or tutorial video purposes.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the final model.
8. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION
Communication and further updates regarding the commission will be done via Twitter or Discord Direct Messages.
I will contact you if I accept your application or if I require more information.
For other questions that aren't answered on this page, feel free to contact Tea_con through DMs.

+ FAQ +
Last updated 3 May 2025
Q : How do I submit my commission request?
A : You can submit your commission request through a Google Form that we periodically share on our Twitter. Keep an eye on our Twitter for updates on when applications are open.Q : Do you offer support after the commission is completed?
A : Yes, we provide assistance as needed after the commission is completed. If you have questions or need help with your model, feel free to reach out.Q : Can I request changes after my model is completed?
A : Yes, if you desire small adjustments after trying out the project files, we will make those fixes and send you a new version. Please note that significant changes may be refused.Q : Can I upgrade the rig at a later date?
A : Yes! You’re welcome to request new features or modifications in the future. However, current commissions will take priority, and please note that rigs older than a year or two may no longer be compatible with our current methods. We’ll review the file first to see if an upgrade is still possible.Q : Why was my commission request declined after submission?
A : Your commission request may be declined for various reasons, including but not limited to: submission of improperly formatted files, inability to fulfill your specific request based on our current workload, or if your request does not align with our service offerings. If you have questions about the decline, feel free to reach out.Q : Why do you recommend repairing the PSD with your team instead of going back to the original artist?
A : My team specializes in optimizing PSDs for Live2D, ensuring faster and more precise fixes for rigging. This saves time, avoids potential miscommunication with artists unfamiliar with Live2D requirements, and ensures consistency throughout the process.Q : If my PSD is repaired by your team, will it change the appearance or style of the artwork?
A : No, repairs done by my team won’t alter the appearance or style of the original artwork. We focus solely on technical adjustments, such as fixing layers, naming, masking, and clipping, to make the PSD ready for Live2D rigging while preserving the artistic details and aesthetics of the original design.Q : What happens if I don’t want my PSD repaired by your team?
A : This process can take longer and may not fully address the technical needs for Live2D rigging. To save time and ensure the best results, I recommend letting my team handle the repairs, as we specialize in preparing PSDs for seamless rigging. Please note that I prioritize commissions where the PSD repair is handled by my team to ensure a smoother and more efficient workflow.Q : Why don't you follow the usual back-and-forth feedback process between artist and rigger?
A : To keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone involved, especially our clients and collaborating artists, we take a more streamlined approach:
- Our goal is to make the process easy for clients. Once the payment is done, you can sit back while we handle the technical stuff. No need for constant PSD exchanges between artist and rigger.
- We want to respect the artist’s workload and avoid overwhelming them with repeated revision requests.
- If something really can’t be resolved on our side, we’ll absolutely reach out, but only when it’s necessary.
- For consistent quality rigging results, we usually prefer having our team handle the PSD preparation.
